day twenty two

I hope future pictures of Liam will have him look more adorable, and less scruffy, because today he went for his first haircut!

Using kit lens 18-55mm at 18mm, manual mode, f/3.5, shutter speed 1/60 sec, ISO 800

I'm not thrilled with how this version of this shot came out.  I felt I had to crop it a bit, which I did after doing the editing, and now it looks grainy.  I'll leave it be for now, but I'd love to know how to avoid this in the future.  Do I crop first, then edit?  Was it hopeless due to the noise anyway, and just more apparent because the crop zooms in?

Either way, he's still adorable, and can now see without bangs in front of his eyes.
